In order to measure the performance with respect to the vision, the following criteria have been defined:
Accident frequency (lost-time working accidents / million working hours)
Availability of the plant based on O&M agreement
Customer satisfaction based on customer survey
Maximation of overall plant's profit while keeping the plant in good order.
